❖ The idea of provision of a complimentary wi-fi.
❖ Once people connect to wi-fi , they would first have to download the
Parooz app
❖ Once they downloaded the app , we would ask them to sign up
through their Facebook accounts and then they would be able to use
complimentary wi-fi
❖ On their first install, we would also give them discount coupons of
the restaurant.
❖ This model could also be replicated in unisex salons spread out
through the cities.

❖ Existing Solutions like Tinder and others have constraints on viewing (maximum
number of matches) and you need to switch to a premium account.
❖ Opportunity:- Parooz will provide its users premium account on every alternate
day.
❖ This would serve as a measure to retain the customers.
❖ Competitive advantage over the others.
❖ Customer retention would be enhanced as a consequence, thereby improving the
google app store ranking.
❖ Once we acquire the customers for one week , we would be sending offers
through email marketing for further information.

❖ More focus on the CPA rather than CPC.
❖ Providing them incentives every time , which would
allow retain the customers which is missing in today’s
dating app where they focus more on dating and
ignores important factor in this domain.
❖ More focus on the safety factor as this field requires
enormous safety measures.

❖ Improving the content on Facebook , as there are millions of peoples on FB
and Parooz need to post content related to Dating and needs to show the
safety factor to the public by taking testimonials of its users.
❖ Need to have twitter account , as we could target more audience through
it.
❖ Once a couples dated through Parooz , asking them to upload on instagram
and tagging Parooz , so that it reached out to the maximum audience.
❖ Improving the website and the SEO so that if someone searches for it
online , Parooz would be visible. Moreover, there needs to be more
keywords added and the company needs to work on its content to improve
the page rank and visibility on the first page .

alexa rank.
❖ Should provide special incentive to the couples who
came together through Parooz app.
❖ Once they provide them incentives , Parooz should
focus on maximum promotion and branding by
posting their pictures , their blogs on social media.
