7. REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT
The enrollment of students is
covered by the following policies:
1. A student is considered officially
enrolled on after he/she has
complied with the following:

b. He/she has made an initial
payment of school fees;
c. He/she has been authorize to
attend classes once they have
started - (his/her name appearing

enrolled, its is understood that
he/she is enrolled for the duration of
the entire term or school year,
whether or not school fees have been

may be allowed to enroll for late
enrollment but shall in no case
exceed two (2) weeks after the
opening of classes.
11. RULES ON ATTENDANCE
1. Students are required to attend
all classes starting with the first
meeting of every course.
TIME LOST DUE TO LATE ENROLLMENT WILL
BE CONSIDERED AS ABSENCE

2. A student will be considered late or
tardy if he arrives 15 mins. or less after
the scheduled start of the period. Three
incidences of late is equivalent to one
absence.
3. A student will be absent in class if he
arrives 16 mins. after the scheduled start
of the period.

24. COMPUTING GRADES
INCOMPLETE (INC.) is given to a
student who may be qualified
for passing but has not
complied with the college
requirements such as FINAL
Examination and/or CLEARANCE
25. REMOVAL OF INCOMPLETE GRADES
Completion form can be availed at the
Registrar’s Office. The FORM SHOULD BE
SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR
FOR RECORDS PURPOSES WITHIN TWO
SEMESTERS only FROM THE DATE incomplete
grade WAS OBTAINED. Student’s grade shall
automatically become 5.00 or failure if the
student fails to submit the grade
completion on time.
