1) 7 out of 10 Grade V pupils at Kalawaig Elementary School performed poorly in dividing numbers based on an activity. The researcher aims to test the effectiveness of video lessons in improving the pupils' skills.
2) The researcher will create video lessons on dividing numbers and distribute them to the pupils through messenger. Pre- and post-tests will assess the pupils' performance before and after watching the videos.
3) It is hypothesized that the video lessons will improve the pupils' skills in dividing numbers, helping them achieve the 80% passing grade. The study aims to determine if there is a significant difference between pre- and post-test scores.

Increasing Grade 9 Students TLE MPS using a Blended Approach with Manychatijtsrd
The study used Blended Learning and the Manychat application to improve the TLE MPS of Sto Nino National High School Grade 9 students. Purposive sampling was used to select two groups of grade nine students with the lowest MPS. The term blended learning refers to instructional models that combine traditional classroom practice with e learning solutions. Manychat, on the other hand, is a service that allows you to build chatbots for Facebook Messenger. These chatbots have a wide range of applications, including marketing and customer service. The study assessed the performance of Grade 9 Dressmaking students in administering the pre test and post test for both the experimental and control groups. The study also determined whether there is a significant difference in the pre test and post test results for both experimental and conventional groups. In the implementation of the Manychat as an instructional tool in T.L.E. 9 or any subjects interested in the intervention used, an action plan was proposed. The study used a experimental design. Mean, standard deviation, dependent and independent t tests were used to assess the performance of students instructed in the intervention program. The study found that using the Blended Method with Manychat is an effective tool for teaching T.L.E. Dressmaking to grade 9 students. Using the Blended Method, their performance and scores in the pre test and post test had greatly improved. As a result, the study concluded that the Blended Method with Manychat can be used as a tool in teaching TLE for the continuous improvement of proficiency level in TLE subject. Lessons learned video in the online classroom 04_10_14_finalAshford University
As more and more universities implement online courses, instructors continually try to find ways to improve student perceptions, engagement, and learning in the online format while limiting challenges. Instructors often turn to different types of media such as video streaming, pdf files, and YouTube videos to enhance the learning environment. Students indicate a likeness for the convenience of online learning, but clear methods have not been established to improve learning in the online format compared to the traditional face-to-face format. We will present the benefits of adding video, the challenges of using video in the online classroom, and future research that we are considering.
During CIDREE 2015 meeting, we presented the main results of some of our different works, highlighting specifically some important concepts and explaining how we believe they articulate with the Professional Vision.
This paper aimed at exploring the results of participant self monitoring using
a checklist instrument in distance learning with flipped classroom setting.
The participants were 11 lecturers of Bioprocess Engineering Study Program
at Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del), Indonesia. The objective of the checklist
instrument was for the lecturers to monitor their students’ understanding
about the lessons given each week. The data generated from the instrument
was analysed descriptively. The results found that pre-class, in-class and outclass
are
important
parts of learning in flipped classroom setting. The data
showed that 56% of students achieved good understading of the knowledge
taught by their lecturers. The same idea as in-class, attendance checking and
interaction between students and lecturers had a key factor in the learning
process. It was found that students’ understanding increased by 20% (very
good), 62% (good) and 18% (moderate) through questions and answers,
discussions, and tests at the end of class. Those were the modes of
interactions that had been done in class. In line with an
out-class checklist, giving assignments and feedback could improve students
understanding into the level of very good (61%), good (27%) and
sufficient (10%). with using a checklist tool, participants in this study selfmonitored
their progress in a flipped classroom while taking distance
learning courses online to improve the quality of their class.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

CONTEXT AND RATIONALE
Division is one of the four basic operations of arithmetic, the ways that
numbers are combined to make new numbers. The other operations
are addition, subtraction, and multiplication. At an elementary level the division of
two natural numbers is, among other possible interpretations, the process of
calculating the number of times one number is contained within another (Blake, A.
G. 1887, Wikimedia 2014).
Based on the activity result, the 7 or 70% out of 10 grade V pupils of
Kalawaig Elementary School has low performance when it comes of dividing
numbers. This is the one of the problems by the teachers especially in Grade V
pupils. The result of the activities given to the pupils observe that the grade V pupils
are need more activities.
One of the reasons why the 7 Grade V pupils are difficulty in dividing long
division because of no face-to-face classes and no face-to-face discussion. The
steps for dividing numbers found in the modules is not enough to the pupils to solve
the given equation. The need more practice in dividing number to master the steps
and need more activities.
2. Pupils’ activities result prove that Grade V pupils struggled to divide number
especially in long division because most of their result got a wrong answer and
sometimes others don’t have any answer.
With regard to this situation, the researcher will test the effectiveness of the
learning video lesson to enhance the ability of Grade V pupils of Kalawaig
Elementary School to divide numbers for them to cope up the 80% passing grade.
The data showed that most of the Grade V pupils have difficulty in dividing
numbers. This is the one problem encountered that needs to have solution.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS
The purpose of this action research is to determine the effectiveness of
video lessons to improve the ability of 7 Grade V pupils in Kalawaig Elementary
School.
Specially, it seeks to find answer the following questions.
1. what is the level performance of 7 Grade V pupils before the utilization of video
lessons in long division?
2. what is the level performance of 7 Grade V pupils after the utilization of video
lessons in long division?
3. Is there a significant difference in the level performance of 7 Grade V pupils
before and after the utilization of video lessons in long division?
3. PROPOSED INNOVATION, INTERVENTION AND STRATEGY
Video based materials boost student creativity and cooperation. Access to
video can help motivate students and create a distinctive context for their learning
experience (Greenberg, A.D.et al., 2012).
Since dividing number to grade V pupils of Kalawaig Elementary School are
difficult to the pupils, the researcher felt the eagerness to help and lessen the
problem by enhance the pupils in dividing number in this time of pandemic.
Therefore, learning with video lessons are suggested by the researcher to enhance
the Grade V pupils in Kalawaig Elementary School. The researcher will make video
lessons to be distributed to the pupils through messenger. The pupils will show
first the videos before answering their activities in division. Through this
intervention the pupils will be able to solved equation suited to their ability.
Videos can increase the retention in the knowledge as there is a
flexibility in stop and pause and replay any number of times. They can also be
viewed again after a lesson is over. They can highly support in the process of
learning in all subjects but in particular where the topics are very complex and
needs high level of imagination. These also increase in the proficiency and the
digital literacy which are much needed in the current era. Paavizhi, K, et al. (2019).
ACTION RESEARCH METHOD
Research Design
This action research used the quantitative method of research. The data
that will use are pre-test and post-test. The score of 7 Grade V pupils’
respondent will be selected through purposive sampling technique.
4. Respondent and Other Source of Data and Information
The data of information will be taken from 7 grade V pupils of Kalawaig
Elementary School for the data collection.
Sampling Procedure
The respondent of the research will be the 7 grade V pupils of Kalawaig
Elementary School, Banisilan, Cotabato. The entire group of pupils were chosen
to enhance in dividing numbers.
DATA and GATHERING METHOD
The following steps will be observed in the conduct of this study.
1. Submit a proposal to the Division Office for the approval before the conduct of
the study.
2. Once approved, a copy of the approved will sends to the office of the District
Supervisor and School heads to ask permission to conduct the study.
3. Collection of pre-test scores of the respondent before implementation.
4. utilize the learning worksheet to improve the ability of grade V I dividing
numbers.
5. Collection of the post-test scores of the respondent after the utilizing of the
learning worksheet.
5. 6. The result will be collected and tabulated for data analysis.
