This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major changes in
the country is the new set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced the LDM
Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners in this new
normal setting by using Self-Learning Modules.
Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges and
demands they are facing in this distance learning situation because of the learning
they gained in LDM Course.
This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school year in
delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains various artifacts like
WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and even the conversation made with the
parents and learners.

NAME OF ARTIFACT : INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLAN
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND:
3.1. Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences
ANNOTATION:
I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-ups. I gave simple
examples and explained to them clearly. I also developed instructional materials like
worksheets with easy examples suited to the level of my learners.

3.4. Learners in difficult circumstances
ANNOTATION:
Some of my parents find it hard to go to school to get the modules of their children
because of their work. Others live too far from the school while some live with their
grandparents only. This pandemic brought too much challenges for the pupils to continue
their education. To address the needs of the pupils regarding this problem, I hired a
“sikad” just to deliver these modules to those learners who resides within the area. But
for some who has internet connection, I just sent it to their msngr. account.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND:
4.1. Planning & management of teaching & learning process
ANNOTATION:
Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a Performance Tasks where they
can showcase their creativity (drawing, making slogan, composing a sentence), skills
(dancing, creating a poem, rap, singing) so they don’t find my lessons boring. I also
provided video lessons and sent it in our GC as their reference especially if they don’t get
the lesson explained in the modules.

4.2. Learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies
ANNOTATION:
Learners output should be aligned with learning objectives. In making CO plan, evaluation
must jived to learning objectives.

5.1. Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies
ANNOTATION:
I made learning activity sheets with simple examples suited to their level. And I asked
their parents to guide their children in answering those worksheets.

ANNOTATION:
I made a learning activity sheets for my learners as a supplementary material. I also
developed video lessons and upload it in my yt channel for better understanding on their
lessons.

I attended webinars, LAC Sessions to help me develop my skills and gain more knowledge.
Through this I have learned a lot on different apps, technologies, strategies and
approaches that are applicable on our new normal set up.

7.4. Professional reflection & learning to improve practice
ANNOTATION:
It was stated in my refection that this LDM course helps me a lot to survive this school
year.
LDM Course helps us to assess our strengths and weaknesses. This helps us to
gain knowledge, skills and mindset that are necessary in this new normal set-
up. It helps us to ensure the quality of learning that we will provide to our
learners despite of this pandemic. At first its difficult, but we need to cope up
with the changes we have in order to survive. This changes also is an
opportunity for us learn more. To be creative and innovative in implementing
this distance learning.

I consistently communicate to my learners through txts, calls and chats. I sometimes meet
them via video msngr. I also checked their outputs, summative tests and performance as
the basis in making their grades.

I created a GC to easily check on them. I often asked them about the lessons. Or I called
their parents and asked for the feedbacks and progress of their children.

ANNOTATION:
We have a separate GC in our LAC Group, INSET Group and grade level group.
Dissemination of information is easier with these GC’s and through this, we can share our
thoughts and ideas on a specific topic.

Parents dropping off their modules in the school. I personally talked to them regarding the
progress and needs of their children in answering the modules.

  • 3. This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major changes in the country is the new set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced the LDM Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners in this new normal setting by using Self-Learning Modules. Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges and demands they are facing in this distance learning situation because of the learning they gained in LDM Course. This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school year in delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains various artifacts like WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and even the conversation made with the parents and learners.

Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences ANNOTATION: I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-ups. I gave simple examples and explained to them clearly. I also developed instructional materials like worksheets with easy examples suited to the level of my learners.

Learners in difficult circumstances ANNOTATION: Some of my parents find it hard to go to school to get the modules of their children because of their work. Others live too far from the school while some live with their grandparents only. This pandemic brought too much challenges for the pupils to continue their education. To address the needs of the pupils regarding this problem, I hired a “sikad” just to deliver these modules to those learners who resides within the area. But for some who has internet connection, I just sent it to their msngr. account.
  • 9. NAME OF ARTIFACT : LESSON PLANS (DLP, DLL, WHLP, WLL, LESSON EXEMPLARS) PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 4.1. Planning & management of teaching & learning process ANNOTATION: Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a Performance Tasks where they can showcase their creativity (drawing, making slogan, composing a sentence), skills (dancing, creating a poem, rap, singing) so they don’t find my lessons boring. I also provided video lessons and sent it in our GC as their reference especially if they don’t get the lesson explained in the modules.

Learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies ANNOTATION: Learners output should be aligned with learning objectives. In making CO plan, evaluation must jived to learning objectives.
  • 11. NAME OF ARTIFACT : LESSON PLANS (DLP, DLL, WHLP, WLL, LESSON EXEMPLARS) PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 5.1. Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies ANNOTATION: I made learning activity sheets with simple examples suited to their level. And I asked their parents to guide their children in answering those worksheets.

NAME OF ARTIFACT : TEACHER-MADE/ MODIFIED LEARNING RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 4.5 Teaching & Learning resources including ICT ANNOTATION: I made a learning activity sheets for my learners as a supplementary material. I also developed video lessons and upload it in my yt channel for better understanding on their lessons.
  • 13. NAME OF ARTIFACT : CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.3. Professional links with Colleagues ANNOTATION: I attended webinars, LAC Sessions to help me develop my skills and gain more knowledge. Through this I have learned a lot on different apps, technologies, strategies and approaches that are applicable on our new normal set up.

Professional Development Goals ANNOTATION: As of now, I am enrolled in GURO 21 course 2. I also participated in Basic Education Research Funded. Insert certificate here
  • 15. NAME OF ARTIFACT : REFLECTIVE SUMMARY PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.4. Professional reflection & learning to improve practice ANNOTATION: It was stated in my refection that this LDM course helps me a lot to survive this school year. LDM Course helps us to assess our strengths and weaknesses. This helps us to gain knowledge, skills and mindset that are necessary in this new normal set- up. It helps us to ensure the quality of learning that we will provide to our learners despite of this pandemic. At first its difficult, but we need to cope up with the changes we have in order to survive. This changes also is an opportunity for us learn more. To be creative and innovative in implementing this distance learning.

Monitoring & evaluation of learner progress & achievement ANNOTATION: I consistently communicate to my learners through txts, calls and chats. I sometimes meet them via video msngr. I also checked their outputs, summative tests and performance as the basis in making their grades.

Feedback to improve learning ANNOTATION: I created a GC to easily check on them. I often asked them about the lessons. Or I called their parents and asked for the feedbacks and progress of their children.
  • 19. NAME OF ARTIFACT : MOVs ON PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT WITH COLLEAGUES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.3. Professional links with colleagues ANNOTATION: We have a separate GC in our LAC Group, INSET Group and grade level group. Dissemination of information is easier with these GC’s and through this, we can share our thoughts and ideas on a specific topic.

Communication of learner needs, progress and achievements to key stakeholders ANNOTATION: Parents dropping off their modules in the school. I personally talked to them regarding the progress and needs of their children in answering the modules.
