TEACHER I
This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the
major changes in the country is the new set-up in education. For this,
DepEd introduced the LDM Course. This course provides knowledge to
deliver education to learners in this new normal setting by using Self-
Learning Modules.
Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the
challenges and demands they are facing in this distance learning
situation because of the learning they gained in LDM Course.
This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this
school year in delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It
contains various artifacts like WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS,
certificates and even the conversation made with the parents and
learners.

NAME OF ARTIFACT : INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLAN
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND:
3.1. Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences
ANNOTATION:
I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-ups. I
gave simple examples and explained to them clearly. I also developed
instructional materials like worksheets with easy examples suited to the
level of my learners.

3.4. Learners in difficult circumstances
ANNOTATION:
Some of my parents find it hard to go to school to get the modules of
their children because of their work. Others live too far from the school
while some live with their grandparents only. This pandemic brought too
much challenges for the pupils to continue their education. To address the
needs of the pupils regarding this problem, I ask other parents to carry it
for them and sometimes deliver it personally to those learners who resides
within the area. But for some who has internet connection, I just sent it

4.1. Planning & management of teaching & learning process
ANNOTATION:
Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a Performance
Tasks where they can showcase their skills in writing reflections, so that I
would know if they are in focus with the lesson. I provided them an activity
sheet where they could write their insights regarding the lesson and
explained it to their parents/guardians for them to understand.

ANNOTATION:
Learners output should be aligned with learning objectives along with the
learning competencies. In making CO plan, evaluation must jived to learning
objectives.

ANNOTATION:
I made learning activity sheets with simple examples suited to their level.

ANNOTATION:
I made a learning activity sheets for my learners as a supplementary
material. I also developed power point presentation lessons and upload it in
our group chat in facebook for better understanding on their lessons.

ANNOTATION:
I attended webinars, LAC Sessions, and a TVBI script writer to help me
develop my skills and gain more knowledge. Through this I have learned a
lot on different apps, technologies, strategies and approaches that are
applicable on our new normal set up.

7.4. Professional reflection & learning to improve practice
ANNOTATION:
It was stated in my refection that this LDM course helps me a lot to
survive this school year.
LDM Course serves us our guide in implementing new normal
education. It helps us to assess our strengths and weaknesses.
This helps us to gain knowledge, skills and mindset that are
necessary in this new normal set-up. It helps us to ensure the
quality of learning that we will provide to our learners despite of
this pandemic. We experienced difficulty at first, but we need
to cope up with the changes we have in order to survive. This
changes also is an opportunity for us learn more. To be creative
and innovative in implementing this distance learning.

ANNOTATION:
I always monitor the parent’s module logbook, and communicate the parents
through phone call, text or chat. I also checked their outputs, summative
tests and performance as the basis in making their grades.

ANNOTATION:
I created a GC to easily check on them. I often asked them about the
lessons. Or I called their parents and asked for the feedbacks and
progress of their children.

ANNOTATION:
We have a separate group chat in our school faculty, Filipino Coordinators
group, and writers group. Dissemination of information is easier with these
GC’s and through this, we can share our thoughts and ideas on a specific
topic.

them regarding the progress and needs of their children in answering the
modules.

  • 3. This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major changes in the country is the new set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced the LDM Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners in this new normal setting by using Self- Learning Modules. Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges and demands they are facing in this distance learning situation because of the learning they gained in LDM Course. This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school year in delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains various artifacts like WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and even the conversation made with the parents and learners.

Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences ANNOTATION: I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-ups. I gave simple examples and explained to them clearly. I also developed instructional materials like worksheets with easy examples suited to the level of my learners.

Learners in difficult circumstances ANNOTATION: Some of my parents find it hard to go to school to get the modules of their children because of their work. Others live too far from the school while some live with their grandparents only. This pandemic brought too much challenges for the pupils to continue their education. To address the needs of the pupils regarding this problem, I ask other parents to carry it for them and sometimes deliver it personally to those learners who resides within the area. But for some who has internet connection, I just sent it

Planning & management of teaching & learning process ANNOTATION: Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a Performance Tasks where they can showcase their skills in writing reflections, so that I would know if they are in focus with the lesson. I provided them an activity sheet where they could write their insights regarding the lesson and explained it to their parents/guardians for them to understand.

Learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies ANNOTATION: Learners output should be aligned with learning objectives along with the learning competencies. In making CO plan, evaluation must jived to learning objectives.

Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies ANNOTATION: I made learning activity sheets with simple examples suited to their level. And I asked their parents to guide their children in answering those worksheets.

NAME OF ARTIFACT : TEACHER-MADE/ MODIFIED LEARNING RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 4.5 Teaching & Learning resources including ICT ANNOTATION: I made a learning activity sheets for my learners as a supplementary material. I also developed power point presentation lessons and upload it in our group chat in facebook for better understanding on their lessons.
  • 13. NAME OF ARTIFACT : CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.3. Professional links with Colleagues ANNOTATION: I attended webinars, LAC Sessions, and a TVBI script writer to help me develop my skills and gain more knowledge. Through this I have learned a lot on different apps, technologies, strategies and approaches that are applicable on our new normal set up.
  • 14. NAME OF ARTIFACT : CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.5. Professional Development Goals ANNOTATION: As of now, I am planning to enroll in GURO 21 course 2. I want also to involve myself in Basic Education Researches.
  • 15. NAME OF ARTIFACT : REFLECTIVE SUMMARY PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.4. Professional reflection & learning to improve practice ANNOTATION: It was stated in my refection that this LDM course helps me a lot to survive this school year. LDM Course serves us our guide in implementing new normal education. It helps us to assess our strengths and weaknesses. This helps us to gain knowledge, skills and mindset that are necessary in this new normal set-up. It helps us to ensure the quality of learning that we will provide to our learners despite of this pandemic. We experienced difficulty at first, but we need to cope up with the changes we have in order to survive. This changes also is an opportunity for us learn more. To be creative and innovative in implementing this distance learning.
  • 17. NAME OF ARTIFACT : MOVs ON ENGAGING LEARNERS FOR THEIR PROGRESS & ACHIEVEMENT PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 5.2. Monitoring & evaluation of learner progress & achievement ANNOTATION: I always monitor the parent’s module logbook, and communicate the parents through phone call, text or chat. I also checked their outputs, summative tests and performance as the basis in making their grades.

Feedback to improve learning ANNOTATION: I created a GC to easily check on them. I often asked them about the lessons. Or I called their parents and asked for the feedbacks and progress of their children.
  • 19. NAME OF ARTIFACT : MOVs ON PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT WITH COLLEAGUES PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/STRAND: 7.3. Professional links with colleagues ANNOTATION: We have a separate group chat in our school faculty, Filipino Coordinators group, and writers group. Dissemination of information is easier with these GC’s and through this, we can share our thoughts and ideas on a specific topic.

Communication of learner needs, progress and achievements to key stakeholders ANNOTATION: Parents dropping off their modules in the school. I personally talked to them regarding the progress and needs of their children in answering the modules.
