Five Immutable Principles of Program Success and Their Supporting Processes a...Glen Alleman
The document discusses five immutable principles of program success and their supporting processes and practices. The five principles are: 1) defining what success looks like, 2) determining how to achieve success, 3) ensuring sufficient resources to achieve success, 4) identifying potential impediments to success, and 5) establishing measures to track progress toward success. It then describes five critical processes that support the principles: identifying capabilities, establishing requirements, setting the performance baseline, executing the baseline, and performing continuous risk management. Finally, it discusses ten practices that further support achieving program success through the five processes and principles.
