This document describes the simulation and analysis of a dual band E-shape microstrip antenna for GPS applications. The antenna was designed to operate at frequencies of 1.625 GHz and 1.725 GHz. Simulation results using IE3D software showed return losses less than -10dB at both frequencies, with bandwidths of 5 MHz. Radiation patterns and VSWR were also analyzed, demonstrating dual band behavior with good performance characteristics for wireless communication applications. In conclusion, the E-shape design with slot loading provides a compact antenna with dual band capability.
