This paper presents the design of a rectangular microstrip antenna with a beetle-shaped slot optimized for LTE applications operating at 2.1 GHz. Using CST software, the antenna achieves a return loss of -32.18 dB, a bandwidth of 155.19 MHz, and a gain of 3.895 dBi with an omni-directional radiation pattern. The research emphasizes modifications to the ground plane dimensions to enhance bandwidth performance.
