• I think that even though Bratislava is much smaller
compared to other worlds capitals, it has a lot to
offer. I think it has everything you need. History,
beautiful nature, great location, shops, great food,
people, fun activities.....

• In my opinion , if you're searching for a calm and
friendly atmosphere , Bratislava is the right city for you.
Although there might be some small issues with the
current behaviour of the citizens , most of them are
really helpful and friendly. My life in Bratislava hasn't
been any better than it is right now , I enjoy the shops
and the monuments , that we can visit over here , the
amusements parks are alright , lots of places to explore
and lots of fun to find in each and every corner of the
capital city. You can find various of delicious food ,
refreshing drinks , huge malls , maybe discover some
new things that you have never seen or knew about. I
wouldn't stay my whole life here but I recommend it ,
especially when you are planning to travel to a country
and you don't know which country to choose , you
should definitely check us out and visit us!

• Bratislava has a lot of shopping malls, for
about 19 spreaded in the city.
• The most popular are Aupark, Eurovea,
Central and Vivo! (which most of residents
know as Polus)
• Each one has variety shops of different
purpose and brands, international brands
included.
• Shops aren´t only in shopping malls, but also
in streets for example in the Old Town of
Bratislava and Obchodná street

• Most favorite shopping centre in
summer.
• Located on the shore of Danube
• Has a promemade with lot of
cafes and restaurants
• Part of it is a residential area
21. AUPARK
• Probably the most visited and
most popular shopping mall in
Bratislava
• Has the widest shop offer,
including Nike, Adidas and
Karl Lagerfeld stores
22. CENTRAL
• Youngest mall in Bratislava
• Includes hotel, hospital and roof
terrace
• Doesn´t have an indoor cinema,
however in summer they play
movies on the roof terrace
23. VIVO!/POLUS
• One of the oldest malls in
Bratislava.
• Two years ago they started
reconstructing it and last year
they reopened it changed its
name from Polus to Vivo!
24. Sport
• Two most popular sports in
Slovakia are ICE HOCKEY and
FOOTBALL
• Each sport has its own stadium
and a sport team, mostly in
larger Slovak cities.
