Theory : •It workson Bernoulli’s principle and device use for measuring the rate of fluid flowing through a pipe. •It is a cheaper device as compared to venturimeter. • It consists of flat circular plate which has a circular sharp edge hole called as orifice ,which is concentric with pipe. •The orifice diameter is generally kept ½ lines the diameter of pipe.
