Purpose of Study With every misbehavior, a child is communicating their needs to an adult. The
purpose of this research is to fully understand why misbehavior occurs in the classroom. Through
relevant research and in class observations, this study will conclude how teachers can positively
guide the class to avoid reoccurrence of misbehaviors. Understanding why the misbehavior is
occurring will help avoid the situation for future occurrence. Research that is mentioned this study
covers different aspects of misbehaviors including different theorists and beliefs to why
misbehavior occurs in the classroom. The purpose of this study is also to observe students in a
classroom environment to see how often misbehavior happens. Classroom observations will help
identify misbehaviors that occur with a specific student or the whole class and how often it occurs.
Different methods were used to conduct and document this observationfor applicable results.
MEDTHODS Participant This study was conduced in a third grade classroom, located on the east
side of Anchorage. The observation was focused on the whole class with a focus on a specific child
when misbehavior occurs. The classroom has twenty three students. Only one student has a
personal behavior scale chart that is sent home to the parents about his classroom behavior. The
scale chart is a 1 5 scale categorized in math, reading, writing, transition, specials, and intervention

theologians led by Jakob Andreae and Martin Chemnitz. This book was intended to grasp all of the
prefaced doctrines and beliefs and to put together the Lutheran Church as we know it today. It opens
with a preface, and then goes into three past creeds that establish what a Christian is, then followed
by the Ausburg Confession, Which is the literal written out beliefs of The Lutheran Church.

In all of the films, the husband and wife have difficulty communicating with each other. One
scene in City of Women visually shows this with multiple barriers: physical (a column and
doorway), spatial (the characters are on opposite sides of the screen) and social (a crown with

think that this character was as effective, however, in showing this archetype as much as the harem
sequence did. In La Strada the male character is kept a prisoner by these male virtues he cannot
communicate his own feelings.
Fellini definitely has many trademarks, but I chose these to write about because they are the least
remarked upon. But, surely when one watches any Fellini film, there is a definite look and feel to

Since the beginning of the 1990s, Japan has experienced significant declines in household net
savings rates. The 90 s was a decade of slow growth, and households devoted a large portion of
their incomes to maintaining consumption levels. Large amounts of liquid savings in postal
savings accounts and in banks meant the majority of the population did not feel they had to

A number of factors contributed to this decline in the savings rate. One such factor is that

Japan s public pension system can be divided into the Employees Pension System, the Mutual Aid
Association Pension System and the National Pension System. Pensions can alliveate many
financial worries that people in the workforce may experience into the future and problems a
retiree is experiencing currently. This creates a situation where there is less of a reason to save and
hence declines in savings rates occur.
Real incomes for workers experienced slow growth from the beginning of the 1990 s to the
present day in Japan. This has impacted savings rate as a large portion of the population do not
have the finances to save effectively. This would account for low consumer spending regardless of
the low saving rates. Reductions in labour productivity and issues with corporate competitiveness
are two main factors behind this reduction in real incomes.

SammyJu Limited (SJL) is a SME operating in niche market gradually becoming saturated by
similar types businesses. The intervention of other businesses into the market has encouraged PBL
to make changes to an existing process at the operational level, creating a new opportunity with the
use of technology in order to stay competitive.
This paper seeks to examine the Managing Processes, Systems and Projects of SJL. The
assignment is divided into three (3) parts and is focusing on the enhancement of SJL book section
with the installment of an off the shelf software in the form of a database. Throughout the project it
would be reference as the Book Inventory System or BI System, the stakeholders consist of
employees, customers and one main book supplier. The users of the system include the employees
and customers.
The introduction provides a briefing on the Organisational Overview, using a hierarchal view of the
organisational needs where the process to be enhance is situated, in this case at the Operational
Level.
Part 1 Analyses the Current Issue of SJL. The Strategic Context, Principal Strategies, Quality and
Improvement of the current business process is analyzed in detail using suitable models and
framework, including the planning and controlling system, the processes flow and performance
objectives.
Part 2 looks at the proposed course of action for the expect business process improvement,
addressing the issues of Part 1. In order words, how the model suppose to look.вЂџ
