From the various forms of engineering analysis, plans and executes wellbore, infrastructure and facility related
optimization projects as warranted through work with the Operations Group and various technical staff (Facilities,
Geological, etc.).
In-depth understanding of production separation equipment, metering equipment, and allocation of production
data to balance with field meter data.
Plans and implements a general program in the field operations office that has responsibility for well operation
and interventions. This includes coordinating and preparing detailed work procedures and monitoring of field
execution for activities associated with well interventions.
Conducts Scale removal with coiled tubing. Designs and supervises milling and fishing jobs.
Launches field facility design and optimization from the wellhead to the custody transfer points for oil and gas
streams.
Carries out Organization of Change and Process Hazard Analysis.
Monitors and discusses the performance of installed production equipment (Xmas trees, chokes, SSSCV).
Focuses on processes which maximize production.
Performing stimulation technologies (for example, acidizing, fracturing, water shutoff) based on well an reservoir
diagnostics.
Designing Workovers and Well Remediation activities.
Installs and monitors Intelligent Completions.

Continuously reviews gathering systems to enhance production and lower operating costs. This includes sanding
