Current Position:
Bapetco, work-over supervisor (WESV), Implementing and following-up work-over operations HSE, Improving
HSE with rig crew operation, manage and review well process safety with the contractor, Pushing the operation
enevlop to top quartile in a varity of different challenges such as Hydrogen sulfide (Neag-1 Field), HPHT (Al-assil &
Karam, and Obayied Fields), sour gas (Obayied Field), and all artifical lift type (Bed-3, Neag JG, and Sitra Fields).
Ensure HSE compliance, strenghthing and HSE culture improvments, coaching junoir WE’s which resulted over
delivery in work-over wells and hoist were gool zero.
Trouble shooting work over operation and HSE issues applying LEAN, After action review (AAR) and real time
monitoring/ analysis and archieving.
During 2012-2014, commisioning two new work-over rigs (ECDC-9 & Dasco-1).
During 2008-2012, starting workover operations in bapetco and commisioning new hoist (ST-24).
During 2000-2008, Supporting all well intervention operations, Frac operations, and completion operations at super-
rigs in Bed-3 area also TCP operations.
Achievements:
My contributions and initiatives as well services engineer, senior well services supervisor, and work-over supervisor
were acknowledged through:
Successfully work on “well Shieba-1” well intervention operation upon area concession handed-over from BP to
Shell as it was hardly to un-secure this old well and completed as the first Sucker Rod well completion in Bapetco.
Winning HSE award from Bapetco drilling management as it was repeated trying to intervene this well.
Successfully Control Ann-B blow-out near to Bed-1 Production station “Well Bed 1-1”, design controlled flare line
away from hazard production processing area and kill Ann-B by bleed and lubricate.
Work-over Neag-1 wells in short time-plan and achieved Neag-1 production target.
Proposed out of box and creative solutions of so many daily operations and HSE challenges such as stuck
completion, well control, work-over optimizations, etc.
Work on safely retrieving the old challenging completion in a short time (Neag JG-2, Bed 15-4 Wells).
Successfully retrieving ESP with all bands lost in hole and wrapped around top of ESP and securing the cable with
modified clamping generated upon face the problem, and generating a new “SOP” while retrieving ESP operation
(Bahga -4 Well)
Playing leading role for guiding the rig contractors working in Bapetco to comply with Bapetco HSE and Operations
Standards, Supervising the improvement process.
Simplifying checking the hoist for acceptance and make standards checklist worked with all the hoists in Bapetco.
Participate in generating a standard drops booklet “Photo-book of all hoist areas” in all hoists in Bapetco.

 Evaluating heavy work over problems and preparing the initial recommendation for the work over programs.
 Procure suitable services for the heavy work over programs such as fishing, milling, cutting tools, completion
