Flashbacks will reveal Johnny's past crimes and why he is now in danger, with the film utilizing confusion and tension like in Inception to keep the audience immersed in Johnny's nightmare of being constantly hunted.

- 2. INTRODUCTION For my AS level media studies coursework I had created initial film opening sequence initial photo storyboard. This storyboard is loosely based on my final film idea. The photo storyboard is created in order to help me visual the pros and cons of the opening sequence that I intend to film once I have completed this idea developing and pre-production stage. This photo storyboard is purposely done without addition elements that have to be included in the opening sequence, so that I could visualize how the following of the person needs to be filmed in order to create straight away tension and audience expectation of what is going to happen.

- 7. EVALUATION During this task I have realized the lack of tension building shots and camera movements. This will be resolved in my next stage of storyboard development. In order to create plausible horror film opening sequence I will need to add another segments of shots that will reveal the sinister r, dark and playful side of the flower seller. After consultation with my teacher and fellow media studies student I have decided that in order to create enticing horror film opening sequence the captions will be used to break up the opening story. The captions will follow horror film conventions in regards to design. In addition the sub story will be added to show darker outer motives of the flower seller. One option is to film flower seller plucking the rose petals and mumbling. Another option is to have set of pictures of random people displayed in order and with hand holding a rose singing “ini mini miny moe” in order to select potential victim. n Third option is to film flower seller from the back singing “ kill, love” while plucking rose petals. Plucks the last petal he starts following the first person that passes by.
