• VUCA, Digital transformation and the Nature of Organisation Culture Change (Redefining
Culture): Emerging research and public dialog are bringing to the fore the impact of culture
on dealing with the current VUCA environment caused by Covid and other geo-political
events. Organisations are being compelled to Transform or change Business, Operational
and Capability Models to survive and maintain business continuity. The key learning points
seem to be emerging are:
o It is no longer optional for organisations to delay Digitization and/or Digital
Transformation for their business.
