Rafael’s consulting credentials span strategic planning, performance management, strategy execution, innovation management, transportation, shipping and logistics. He has worked on strategic projects throughout Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, is a multicultural consultant; he has lived and worked in Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, KSA and Kuwait. Before joining ShiftIN Partners, a strategy management and innovation consulting firm, Rafa was a senior manager at Palladium Group. There, he led a number of key consulting engagements, notably the development of the performance management framework for the Kuwait Government, the world's lar.
