21. Observation Experience
• From my above observations and visits to the various
different stores a few were in common:
1. The door was not opened for me making me feel
some what bad
2. No store had any music playing
3. No sales man had a uniform
4. No one approached me either
However what I observed were two stores; the dry fruit
store and the last store of clothes. Both these stores
had no name and had no proper place as one would
call “store” but despite this their business is running
well.
