• The way the logo was written gave me the feeling of

• The sales people where very helpful and the treat all
the customers the same with a smiling face.
• They wear a uniform and use virgin products which
gave me the feeling of loyalty.
• There age between 23-29 which really match the
store image.
7. Environment
• The store has a strong red color which really grapes
my attention.
• The black and white color of the floor, the high
calling with the bright light, the music effect and the
worm cozy atmosphere gave me a feeling that am
homey which force my to stay at this place for hours.
• The store was crowded with merchandise but it
wasn’t annoying because it was really unique.

• The sale items are first thing you see when you enter
the store.
• There is no a central display but they have many
different displays all over the store.
• The product are arranged buy function which really
makes it easy for the customers.
9. Customers
• I believe that the target audience are al most all the
ages because there is a thing for every member in
the family.
• When customer enter the place they definitely don’t
go at the same path because everyone would go to
the stand the grapes his/her attention or fulfill their
needs.
• Some people enter the store for a specific things and
some just for fun because it’s a really fun place and
they can stay up to one hour.
