Store: Verzig

Before i entered the store:
  ● Yes
  ● It had a nice siren and i was quickly drawn to it.
The view got me drawn to the store,as i approached it i saw that the door
was closed and this triggered a little excitement within me.The sign lettering
was written boldly and its fonts was about 100 in size.

Environment:
The colour scheme of the store was yellow and red and its brightness got
me really excited.The store also had a tiled floor which helped prevent
any kind of noise.This made the environment calm,the ceiling was
extremely high which made me felt safe and also the store was fairly lit
which inspired comfortability in me.The environment was loud enough for
one to be heard.As customers pace in and out,their movements caused
some noise.There was a cool classical music playing which fitted into
the environment.The store was warm and sparse,which made movement
easy,furthermore it had a distinctive smell which gave the place a good
smell,also the cash register was located at the inner -right side of the
store.The visibility of the store security is well seen,my stay in the store can
last for a whole day without me getting bored.The environment has a great
influence on the perceived value of the merchandise.

Personal;
The moment i walked in,it took a minute for the sales person to initiate
contact with me.The sales person had a script to follow with each
customer,she furthermore treated everybody fairly.The ratio was quiet
good,one sales person to each customer.The employees were in their
teens and there was the female and male gender who served has sales
personnels.The sales persons did confirm trying some of theproducts.The
salespeople were in one uniform.some of the salesp
ersons didnt match the stores in the image.

Products;
The first product that i notice was the candies.There was a central display
table with featured products.The items that are for sale was located in all
the visible parts of the shop,also the products were arranged by functions
and colour.There were no free samples.most of the candies were at eye
level.The most and least expensive products were located in the left corner
of the inner store.the prices of the products were easy to find and there was
no impulse items near the cash register.

Customers;
Most customers were not alone and the relationship was cordial.Most of the
customers were in their early teens and mid 30’s,they comprised of both
male and female gender.customers do tend to walk in different directions
once they enter the store,customers tend to spend 3 hours.customers
do touch the products.it sometimes noy encouraging comparing to other
stores.Most customers appear to be on a mission.Finally about 70 percent
of customers do purchase products in the store.
