The group has faced challenges finding actors for their film due to scheduling conflicts, but they have now secured Hannah as the main character and a makeup artist. They also have extras available. They debated locations but secured a hotel room to film in over three days. Ryan will be the main cameraman but others will take turns filming. Daniel will be the main editor assisted by Nadine. Nadine was chosen to be the director as she is the most organized. They will film on the weekend of the 22nd to the 24th as those were the most convenient days.

Problems we have occurred
Who will be our Actors?
We have faced many problems when trying to figure out our actors and
actresses as it has been hard to find a convenient time for everyone to film and
therefore many people who where primarily chosen could not however be
featured in our film. Due to this we have had to think quickly and efficiently, and
therefore the actors we anticipated to be in the film could not make it. This
however did not affect our group vibe and we perused to look for alternative
people to act in our film. Our main character, has now been chosen who is an
excellent a level drama student named Hannah. In addition to that we have
secured a make up artist to create further effect and to make sure all the gory
and bloody attributes look realistic. We have also received a number of ‘extras’
being available for the day and therefore we have flexibility and can comfortably
film in satisfaction that we will have enough actors for the days.
Where to film?
At first we debated our location for filming vigorously, going from house to
house, literally any secure location we could. However the problem with filming
at somebody’s house would be the inconvenient timing as well as the constant
interruption we would have faced. For about 2 weeks we where constantly
battling to secure a place to film as our opening scene needs to be held in a
controlled environment. However luckily one of our members had connections
within the hotel industry and therefore we where able to secure a hotel room to
film in for all 3 days
Who will be our cameraman?
In the initial stages of planning our film we decided to let Ryan be the
cameraman as he had a keen interest in filming and was very enthusiastic.
However after having a long discussion about it although he will be the main
camera man throughout the filming process we have now decided to let
everyone have a chance to film This was decided as everyone felt we should all
have equal responsibility as well as all having the desire to try filming out.
Who will be the main editor?
Our main editor will be Daniel as he has a huge interest in editing as well as past
experience in making short clips, however Nadine will be accompanying him
throughout the editing stages and therefore will be a joint contribution. Although
Daniel will be the main editor both Ryan and Nadine will have a input in the
decisions making process and therefore it will be a team effort .

2. Who will be the director?
We faced a hard choice when deciding who our director will be as all 3 of us are
fairly strong characters and therefore all suitable for the role, however we
decided to chooses Nadine for the role as we believe she is the most organized
and strongest team member. This therefore will test her leadership skills when
filming, as we need to stay calm and collective however we all believe Nadine is
capable and therefore that was our reasoning for our decision
When to film ?
This was probably the hardest decision of them all , simply down to the fact that
all members of our team are doing different things and therefore finding a
suitable time to film would be a struggle however we decided to start our
filming process on the 22nd , and therefore just in time. We have decided to film
over the weekend which includes 22nd,23rd,24th as these where the most
convenient days.
