role of the press is to educate the public
ofgovernment policies and prevent threats by using
censorship.
It is the idea that placed all forms of
communication under the control of governing
elites or authorities

3. 1 Absolute monarchy the ruler has the power to
rule freely with no laws. Often religious leaders
in the country may be able to encourage or
discourage certain actions by the monarch
according to the customs or belief of the country
2. Constitutional monarchy the head of state
shares the power the legislative branch and must
act within the parameters of a constitution. The
king or queen (head of state) share power with
the legislative branch.

rests wit a small segment of the society
(typically the most powerful, whether by
wealth, military strength, ruthlessness or

government by a single person with unlimited

protect the rulers and authorities
