This thesis studied the processes at Oy Escarmat Ltd. to identify areas for improvement. The author defined the company's core processes based on interviews and research. Several main business processes were also named and some were reformed. Suggestions were provided to eliminate problems in the processes to enable further development. Implementing total quality management principles and optimizing processes through measurement and continuous improvement could help the company develop its activities at lower cost. This would allow the company to provide more value to customers while increasing profits through saved costs and reinvestment.
