Deputy Regional Manager (Dy. RM) “Operation Department”
 Ensure effective quality of GRT
 To conduct 2 surprise visits of two TMs per week
 Verify branch expenses ( as per policy)
 To find out process deviation
 To monitor the activities of their respective BM and TM
 To conduct regional meetings on monthly basis
 To ensure appropriate audit compliance
 Check 10% Death Certificate
 To ensure that center rotation is on time
 To ensure that staff rotation is on time
 Continuous training and motivation to the subordinates
 To ensure adequate caseload per staff, deviation of which to be
reported to RM on real time basis
 Reporting to RM & ZM in case of frauds
 Ensure ethical behavior of staff with their respective subordinates&
colleagues
 Cross check at least 15 clients LUC per branch of previous quarter
and he will ensure through MIS that all LUC are checked by the CSO’s
within 45 days of disbursement.
 Cross check at least 15 pre-payment cases per branch in a quarter.
 Develop a mechanism to ensure that all clients are getting proper
receipt of their transaction.
Regional Coordinator (RC) 21/10/13 – 05/11/15
 Different reports concern to branch to be analyzed and send to
branch
 Complete coordination of documents movement on either side (BO,
RO & HO)
 To analyze the reports and share it to RM DRM and ZM
 Help Accounts team in preparing the Fund demand
 In a month must visit to one branch of each territory
 Ensure the proper Stock and infrastructure at branch and RO
 Assist DRM in conducting Regional meeting
 Make sure that audit compliance is at appropriate place or not
 Make sure that all policies and amendments communicated to end
people properly
 In HR Planning co-ordination with RM
 Prompt revert to HO communication
 Do analysis of expenses of different heads at BO and RO
 To take three copy of the Death certificate and give one copy to MIS
