Summary - The main objective of this paper is to show how this famous land and tenancy reform policy
actually affected the productivity level in several districts of West Bengal. For that, a district wise
analysis of land reform and its impact on the productivity is done.
2. Currently pursuing a group project on “Trends in Female Labour Force Participation in India”
Summary- The central objective of this paper is to verify the proposition of Feminization –U in the
context of 15 major states of India from 1981 to 2011 and also to determine the influence of the
demographic and economic variables on Female Labour Force Participation.
