Welcome to the Janaury 2011 edition of the SWK

Call-­a-­Thon

We recently had the entire SWK staff come to
our headquarters in Livingston, NJ, for our
annual post-­holiday outing and annual staff
meeting. This year's meeting had a different
presentation format in that we had the
various managers from each department do
their own presentations, without a template or
a guideline. It proved to be informative and
interesting, keeping the attention of our entire
staff for the 2-­hour meeting!
What was different this year is that we
followed the annual meeting with a call-­a-­
thon, where each member of our TEAM
participated in an entire company-­wide, 3-­hour event. These were
"feel-­good" calls, meant only to touch base with clients we serve and
to make sure that we were doing a good job. It also provided the
clients an opportunity to vent, compliment, complain and suggest.
