Stabilization of the skin ( pre- tanning or tanning ) with
hydrothermal resistance (Tg ) above 70 ° C and good
workability to the mechanical operations ( pressing,
splitting and shaving )
Get byproducts/waste ( shavings, trimmings ) more
recyclable .

GREEN STRATEGIES
Renewable resources are resources that are
renewed in time and are, therefore, available for
human survival almost indefinitely.
On the contrary are "non-renewable" the fossil fuels
what oil, coal and natural gas .
POLYALDEHYDE TANNIG
The tanning agent developed by us is polymeric,
polyaldehydes and of natural source.
It reacts with the amines of skin collagen crosslinking
and stabilizing it . The mechanism of reaction is like to
glutaraldehyde reaction.

Currently we are focusing in the automotive products development
where we can be better appreciate the technological peculiarities and
the renewability and recyclability of this leather type (see European
Directive 2000/53 / EC End of Life Vehicle ) .
This product is suitable for the production of many other articles
ranging from leather goods to footwear ( especially children's shoes ,
without chrome VI and formaldehyde ) .

  • 3. Development of an innovative product / process for the production of " Metal Free " tanned hides, in particular, chromium free. Stabilization of the skin ( pre- tanning or tanning ) with hydrothermal resistance (Tg ) above 70 ° C and good workability to the mechanical operations ( pressing, splitting and shaving ) Get byproducts/waste ( shavings, trimmings ) more recyclable . Objectives of the project "Tanning Metal Free"

  • 5. Renewable resources are resources that are renewed in time and are, therefore, available for human survival almost indefinitely. On the contrary are "non-renewable" the fossil fuels what oil, coal and natural gas .

  • 8. POLYALDEHYDE TANNIG The tanning agent developed by us is polymeric, polyaldehydes and of natural source. It reacts with the amines of skin collagen crosslinking and stabilizing it . The mechanism of reaction is like to glutaraldehyde reaction.

PRODUCTS Currently we are focusing in the automotive products development where we can be better appreciate the technological peculiarities and the renewability and recyclability of this leather type (see European Directive 2000/53 / EC End of Life Vehicle ) . This product is suitable for the production of many other articles ranging from leather goods to footwear ( especially children's shoes , without chrome VI and formaldehyde ) .
