Tips
•Take the photo at the subjects eye level the subject doesn’t have to look into the camera simply
take the picture at their eye level
•Use flash outside one of the best ways to remedy this is to use the flash. Given that your subject
is within the range of the flash, it will work as a fill light, lifting the shadows and giving you a
more balanced picture.
•Get close to the subject filling the viewfinder will give you an impactful result. eliminating all
background distractions and displaying the subject from a different perspective than what we’re
used to.
•Place the subject off centre draws attention to the mage as it is unique and can easily stand out
from other competing images around it.
