The document discusses several rules of photography composition including the rule of thirds, framing, leading lines, balancing elements, symmetry and patterns, and depth of field. The rule of thirds involves dividing the frame into thirds and placing the subject at the intersection points. Framing uses something around the subject to focus attention. Leading lines guide the eye through the photo from foreground to background. Balancing elements places the main subject off center for interest but adds another object to avoid empty space. Symmetry and patterns create strong focal points but need an interesting subject. Depth of field controls sharp and unsharp areas in the image.

A Complete Guide to Manual DSLR PhotographyLearnPick
It’s a commonly known fact that most beginner photographers use the auto mode on their DSLR cameras to click snapshots in the best possible manner.
It’s a fair enough practice; there’s no denying this fact but, at the same time, you must also remember that the auto mode of a DSLR doesn’t use the camera to its full potential.
So if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to the "manual” mode, this presentation can help.

This is a power point I used to teach a computer production technology grade 10 class. I was teaching a photography unit and used this PowerPoint to demonstrate both good and bad examples of photography. Myself, my brother, or past students took all of these photos.
The "Fundamentals of photography" module is focused to adults learners interested in exploring the possibilities of managing digital photography.
This module is part of a set of materials designed and developed in the project Telecentre Multimedia Academy (Lifelong learning - Grundtvig (2012-2014)) project.
The Telecentre Multimedia Academy is a project where Fundación Esplai worked with a consortium of 8 partners from Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and Hungary, whose coordinator is Telecentre Europe.
You can learn more about the Telecentre Multimedia Academy project in:

This is the first powerpoint presentation I give during the beginning digital photography class. I use it to familiarize students with their point and shoot digital cameras and the controls and functions of the camera.
There are no actual rules of photography but there are some guidelines which may help enhance your photos. These methods can make your photos more interesting and attractive to the viewer. The way you take your photos can completely transform the subject of the photo making them more exciting.
Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

1. The Rules of Photography
Unit 57: Photography and Photographic Practice Terminology

2. Rule of thirds
• This is when the photo is divided into thirds and
the focal point is in the intersection.
• So it is when the main object is on one side of
the image and nothing is on the other side.
3. Framing
• Framing in photography is when there
is something around the focus point.
• It is a technique used to bring focus to
the subject.
• It is when there is a “frame” around the
focus point.
4. Leading Lines
• This is for taking you eye from the
foreground to the background.
• For example roads and paths.
5. Balancing Elements
• Placing your main subject
off centre as with rules of
third, although sometimes
this makes the picture
look empty on one side
so to „balance‟ the photo
out, we‟d add another
object that is of less
importance.
6. Symmetry & Patterns
• Mainly uses centre and doesn‟t
use the rule of third.
• It creates a strong focal point if it‟s
a mirror image.
• They can make very eye-catching
compositions
• “A symmetrical shot with strong composition
and a good point of interest can lead to a
striking image – but without the strong point of
interest it can be a little predictable”

7. Depth of Field
• Changes from sharp
from un-sharp on the
image.
• Shallow depth of field
means it’s a lot out of
focus.
