Samuel Bodunde for the last part of my day; Mr. Bodunde is an outpatient coder. Illinois
Masonic has sent home all of their inpatient coders and all that are left in the house are a medical
necessity and outpatient coders. I was both nervous and excited to finally do real coding on the

The soil is a complex mixture of minerals, water, air, organisms and organic matter that are
decaying remains of once living things. The soil is vital in supporting plant life and all forms life.
The soil is not consistent throughout the world because of the way that it is formed and
environmental factors that vary through the process of soilformation.
The factors that play the most important role in the formation of soil are climate, organisms, relief,
parent material and time. These factors form the acronym CLORPT that is used to describe the
processes. Climate includes factors such as temperature and moisture; they are important in
determining the speed of weathering and the decay rate of the organic material. Organisms include
animals that burrow through the soil that affects the permeability and amount of air in the soil.
Other organisms in the soil are bacteria that affect the rate of decay of organic matter. Relief is the
direction and slope of the surface. This factor determines the amount of sunlight and how much

My field placement will be at Child protective services in El Paso TX. My Target population for
my field placement will be Children who have been maltreated, neglected and abused. Child abuse
prevention has grown exponentially in El Paso over the past 31 years. In El Paso alone the
Texas Department of Family and Protective Services investigated 4,979 reports of alleged child
abuse in 2014 in El Paso County. They confirmed that 1,339 children were indeed victims of
abuse; 379 confirmed cases of Physical abuse, 166 confirmed cases of sexual abuse, 56 cases of
emotional abuse and 70 cases of medical neglect (Lee Beulah Moor,2016) A troubling trend has
emerged regarding the prevention of child maltreatment in the state of Texas. A tragic loophole
contributing to continued abuse and in many cases child fatalities, continues to be exploited to
the detriment of one of our most vulnerable populations. From 2009 to 2014, there were 800
child fatalities reported as abuse and neglect deaths by Child Protective Services in all of Texas
(Ball, 2015). An analysis of these cases by an independent research group found gross errors by
CPS and other agencies during ongoing abuse cases enabled the abuse or neglect to continue,

Location:
While the Kikuyu can be found throughout Kenya, the heaviest concentration being in Central
Province, known as the traditional Kikuyu homeland. They traditionally identify their land as
bounded by these mountains or ranges: Mt. Kenya (which they call Kirinyaga the shining
mountain), Ol Donyo Sapuk, the Ngong Hills and the Aberdare (Nyandarua) Range. Many Kikuyus

History:
The Kikuyu traditionally believe that a man, Gikuyu, was the founder of the tribe. He had a wife
named Mumbi, who gave birth to nine (plus one) daughters. The daughters married and had their
own families, retaining a domineering role in Kikuyu society.
This has led to the current division of the Kikuyu into nine (plus one) family groupings. According
to legend, the men grew tired of their treatment by the women and rebelled. This legend seems to
represent a change in history from matriarchal to patriarchal organization, which also occurred with
other Bantu peoples.
Ancestors of the Kikuyu arrived in Kenya during the Bantu migrations of 1200 1600 AD. The

loyal child, to an independent man as a conflict of loyalty and morals. This boy, Sarty, battles his

adult. Faulkner writes his characters progression in five stages: blind loyalty, repressed

must make between eternal life and eternal death. Both choices are available and the person has
the free will to choose. The narrative in the story is a personal experience of a ghost riding a bus
from Hell to Heaven. The story begins in a dark, gloomy place that resembles Purgatory or Hell. It
is not necessarily fire and brimstone, but it is obviously not a place where there is any

to ride the bus to Heaven. The only difference between the situations is that the characters in the
