The Navrachana College of Education organizes professional development activities and workshops to help practicing teachers stay up to date with new developments and improve their skills. The college conducts activities to promote professional teaching and supports school initiatives in this area. Workshops provide expertise to stimulate teachers and create a platform for continuous self-enrichment to improve instructional practices.
