Responsible for the oversight of a Lead Turnaround initiative with two districts in the Commonwealth of
Virginia. This model includes an emphasis on monitoring and assessing the services provided by external
vendors to schoolwho are at Priority level in the accountability model.

In partnership with the Virginia Department of Education, have provided ongoing support and professional

2009 and continues currently.

 2009-20012 participated on a team of professionaldevelopment consultants to deliver rigorous
leadership and instructional training to schoolidentified as high risk for failure. Forums included
onsite as well web based environments.
 One of a team of four educators tasked with planning, developing, and implementing the 2014-15
Technical Assistance as required by the VDOE OSI for all Priority Schools.
 Plan a comprehensive professional learning experience for principals and district staff: Alignment
of Academic Review and Performance Evaluation (AARPE).
