rewarded at least by the Head of the institution.
To increase the rate of work the dead line must be
given.
Financial facilities must be provided before
launching the Programme.

Conclusions
 Although

there are some demerits of
team work yet it is still vital for the
effective teaching learning process
and improvement the school.

mystery. Incremental, even
dramatic improvement is
not only possible but
probable under the right
conditions.
