State Space modelling of an IC Engine
Due to combustion of air fuel mixture in IC engines with relatively
high temperature and high-pressure gases are produced and this
tends to imply force on the components of the engine i.e. Crank
develops certain speed depending on the input and output.Based on
this, we are encouraged to perform various tasks like constructing
mathematical model of the system in MATLAB/SIMULINK, linearize
the system model with appropriate operating point, and conduct
system behaviour i.e. Controllability, Observability and Stability and
to develop a state space controller and observer based on pole
placement approach with analysing the controller design.

Risk assessment of a Petroleum oil Refinery
Objective of the Project was the risk assessment of the
Hydroreactors, Catalytic converter and isomerisation units of a
petroleum oil refinery for leakage and rupture of pressurised oil flow
pine lines.
Also involves individual and societal risk assessment by the use of
above mentioned refinery units using a industrial grade software
called "Process Hazard Analysis software"( PHAST V6.7) and
suggesting additional safety measures.
Case Marinero
The Project's Objective function was to maximize the overall profit of
the company by the use of Advanced Operations research tools and
techniques.
Designing An LCV For Overloading And Maneuverability Issues
This project mainly aims at reducing the overloading and
maneuverability issues in Light Commercial Vehicle's.
Overloading - This is the most challenging category as per the
Indian market is concerned.
Here we have solved this very challenging problem by the
introduction of the hydraulics into the chassis bay over
which the load bed slides to open more room for the load to
be stored onto it.
This is automated using the pressure censor in the center which
sends signal to the ECU's for the hydraulic lift(horizontal) or can be
controlled by the driver using a control knob for variable conditions
of loading.
Design And Analysis Of Foil Bearing
This project mainly aims at analyzing a air foil bearing for the same
sized anti-friction ball bearing FAG6304 for same speed and load
conditions using commercially available CAD/CAE software’s .

It's a Collection of Projects carried out during master degree which
