1. Root turning operation of one set of 90 turbine blades using CNC Capstan and Turret Lathe
The set of titanium blades were designed in Master CAD and the simulation of the root turning was carried out in
UNIGRAPHICS.
The feed , speed and depth of cut for the lathe was set accordingly with the design and correspondingGand M codes
were given for tool movement.
2. Design and calculation of dimensions for electronic cascaded chips to dissipate heat April 2012
The coolingchips were designed by taking6 different set of dimensions calculated fromexperimental set-ups.
Each geometry of cascaded chips was analyzed in heat transfer software called COMSOLMultiphysics.
The best design with maximum coolingwas selected.

The different combinations were designed based on blade angle, velocity diagram and turbulence to calculate
efficiency.
The analysis was doneusingANSYS CFX and the efficiency of each design was calculated.

The equipment was designed in LS_DYNA.
It was impacted againsta wall and itwas tested with different velocity and orientation.

7. Moving object detection from a vehicle using sensor data fusion and deep learning(SAE) September 2016
Different sensors and vision wereused in the vehicleto track the object position and location
The real time data was collected by usinga controller and the data was processed by usingsensor fusion algorithms.
The uncertainty was eradicated by usingdifferent level of convoluted neural network to help the vehicleclassify and
learn the objects in future and take necessary actuations.
