 MOPAR ECOMMERCE (Duration: 3 Months)
 This project is used to rectify the wrong parts displayed in the Mopar E-Commerce website.
 I worked on the corrections for the 3.6L & 6.4L Engine blocks partwise.
 Comparing theengineblockswith theCATIA modelsand correcting the modelsin Siemens Team Center 10.
 PROCESS CAPABILITY & PROCESS CAPABILITY INDEX: (Duration: 9 Months)
 This project highlights the Cp & Cpk for the joints in a Vehicle Assembly.
 This is a project which assures the plant quality and we generate the result of the less capable joint.
 I support the Cp & CpK for “Jeep Grand Cherokee”, “Jeep Cherokee”& “Chrysler 200” models.
 There are 143 joints split up by Chrysler & I calculate the highest severity index.
 This inturn is monitored in the plant & been excercised on the Assembly line.
 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: (Duration: 4 Months)
 I have been a part of Level 3 CMMI process in the QMS.
 I led my team for giving ideas and to adhere to the Management systems.
 Had suggested theidea of following the Corrective Action Report(CAR form) followed in the TS16949 Audit
for the QMS systems in case of errors in the projects and the recording the rectifications.
 Had functioned cross functionally with other teams and generated ideas about the project proposals and
made the functioning of projects with a nomenclature.
 We had also helped the projects to maintain the control of documents.
 TAIL OF SCORPION: (Duration: 8 Months)
 This project deals with the Warranty Analysis of the vehicles affected by the Assembly Plant issues .
 The Analysis is done by highlighting the top 15 issues from each plant.
 This also deals with the issues arising while transportation to Yard and the dealer.
 With respect to the Month in service, the issues are analysed and reported back to the plant.

2.  CUSTOMER PRODUCT AUDIT (CPA): (Duration: 6 Months)
 This project focusses audit tests based on customer feedback in the production.
 The audit is done in house from the customer point of view and standards as per the voice of customer.
 Auditthe plantdatawith respectto the conditionsoccured taking consideration of thenumberossamples.
 This take in account of the concerns escalated from the customer end.
 We take the escalated concerns,audit& eliminate the concerns and follow it up with the Assembly Plants.
 I highlight the concerns with respect to the criticality basis.
