The lecture presented in class (Inequality in Education and Employment) was a
particularly salient topic for me. As part of my Bachelor s degree, in Philosophy, I
was required to present and defend a thesis. My thesis was a defense of democracy

countless hours reading, writing, and debating the fine points on inequality.
Therefore, the subject matter is not something new for me, nor do I think there is a

Reflecting on the information from the lecture, there were various aspects of
inequality that coincided with my research; however, there were two areas that I
thought required further consideration and contemplation. First, nowhere in the
slides, in the lecture, nor in the discussions, was justice mentioned. I find that
particularly odd as the preliminary point of any inquiry into inequality should start
from the structural foundations of equality viz., justice.
Second, I was slightly confused by the slide (23) titled Workers with Disabilities
Earn Less Than Their Peers . The slide indicated that people with disabilities
(PWDs) earned 37% less pay than people without disabilities (PWODs). While I
looked at the slide s bar graph, I could visually see that the 37% figure did not
match what was on the graph. This forced me to do some quick math on what was

biomolecules that make living possible. Blood is pumped throughout the body by the
heart, the heart receives oxygenated blood from the lungs via the pulmonary vein and
distributes it using the various arteries and capillaries (Farley et al.). A main
constituent for the cardiovascular system and a heavily relied upon factor for
measuring the hearts work is heart rate. Heart rate is a numerical value that quantifies
the number of times the heart contracts which means opening and closing the valves
that are responsible for the bloodmovement (Mariaconsuelo et al.). Contractions in
terms of heart rate are referred to as beats thus the numerical value is beats per
minute (BPM). Heart rate can be affected by numerous factors such as physical
stress, chemicals introduced into the bloodstream through the environment, as well
as naturally produced chemical compounds produced by the body in response to a
need. To determine what exactly happens inside the body when these numerous

taking. I have this class once every other day, and only on the weekdays. All the
students that are in my agriculture class can access it. The class is offered during
4th period. I have two Agriculture classes, but I will only be reviewing my
veterinary science class. I have had an Agriculture class since Freshman year, and I
am enrolled in FFA through this class. My genre for my subject is a high school
classroom. My agriculture class teaches lessons students can carry on for life in a
hands on classroom setting and has a teacher who is willing to teach students so they

start out as a monster without; and, at first, his wife seems to be so beautiful and
innocent, but there lied a monster within her. Later in the story, Bisclavret is no more
than a human being, and his wife s monstrousness shows from within and she
transforms into a monster without. The themes gathered from this story are the
relationship between love and suffering, justice, and the wife who may be at first
likable, but then changes the way that monsters are viewed. In order to modify the
stereotypes of what a monster is, de France made Bisclavret, a werewolf, the good
guy, and his beautiful wife, an unforeseen bad guy. The wife in the story Bisclavret
portrays a trustworthy, loving wife, until she reacts quite differently to him being
honest with whom he really is. Her character is the very thing, which makes the
reader reconsider the definition of a monster and the truth about monsters within.

ordered to kill a priest, he must have done something depraved. As a result of

Firstly, SME can be defined as the companies that employ less than 500 employees
in public companies or private businesses . This means that who is using less than
500 employees of the company are measured SMEs. These small and medium
business operates in a small production company like small bakeries, small shops,
large shopping malls, with branch offices, a limited number of small shops around
the corner, away, small hotels, small restaurants, etc., there are many definitions of
SMEs, they come from a different country to country, one economy to another. For
example, in Canada, companies has to regard as those SMEs with less than 500
employees, while on the other hand, according to[Meghana Ayyagari, and Thorsten
Beck and Asli Demirguc Dagon, 2003 4], SME business is stated as the number of
employees of these enterprises that employs 0 250 staff. 1.2 SELECTION OF
(SME) COMPANY: In this thesis, it is very essential to choose a company that
operates as a SME in the UK, so that data collection can be done easily. For this
purpose, I chose a company that is presently working as SME and while the
company has been working in the same area of retailers, but offers and sells a
variety of products and services at different times of the year, which provides
additional benefits in order to understand policy work and function it. These
differences among their products and services at different times throughout the year
but the same field of retail similarities
