This lesson plan aims to familiarize students with using SWOT analysis for career planning. The teacher will introduce SWOT analysis through a presentation and class example. Students will then individually analyze their own strengths and weaknesses and consider education paths based on the analysis. Finally, the class will discuss applying SWOT analysis and their results. The goal is for students to learn and use SWOT analysis to better understand themselves for career planning.

SWOT ANALYSIS - INTRODUCTION (20 MIN)
Teacher presents a presentation on SWOT analysis and its applications. The whole class jointly
analyses a specific problem using this method.
MY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (15 MIN)
Each student examines his strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that arise from
them. On the basis of the analysis he considers the choices of further education pathways.

DISCUSSION (5 MIN)
Summary of activities. Students and teacher point to the application of the SWOT analysis,
