  • 8. Task 3 Look at the exemplar plans for assessment management. Thinking about your own programme, and your own institution, do you already answer all of these questions? If not, would the questions in this template help you to set out a consistent approach to assessment? Would it be helpful to work from principles to tasks? Could you use this assessment management plan to delegate tasks across the team? Would this help with team-building and relationship management?
