One great example, April 13, 1953 at the Galería de Arte Contemporáneo , Frida s doctor told her she
was not well enough to attend the opening and she was not to leave her bed. Frida determined to
attend the opening, loaded her bed into the back of a truck, driven to the exhibition opening as Frida
followed in an ambulance. Upon arrival, Frida was carried into the gallery on a stretcher by four men
who carry her inside to greet her friends and was placed in the middle of the gallery in her bed.

What do I mean by the mustang is made up of sensation? A few things. The first is anytime someone
wants to describe something, they usually describe it by their sensations what they perceive to be true
about the object. Very rarely will someone describe an object by what the object is literally without
using sensation. Suppose someone was asked to describe what a table was like. They would describe it
most likely by feeling it, looking at it, and maybe picking it up. While the object is physical, they
would describe it by what their sensations of touch and sight perceive. Even if there are two identical
tables, and one is asked to give a report of what they are like, he or she will not say that the tables are
the same. Yes, they are made of the same material, look the same, have the same color, and same
weight, but the table A is not table B. They are different physical objects each taking up different
places in the space they are in. The second is someone was asked to describe what a strawberry
smoothie tastes like. They would describe it by what their sense of tastes tells them about this

Cytotoxicity of bacosides and Bacopa monnieri extract cell viability:
Prior to testing the neuroprotective effect of bacosides and Bacopa monnieri extract, its direct effect
on cell viability of neuro cell line was evaluated. Cell viability was determined following incubation
of cells with different concentrations (0.2 1.0 mg/ml) of bacosides in cultured medium for 3h. The
results as shown in fig 1 demonstrated that cell viability was decreased in the presence of high
concentration of bacosides. The concentration of bacosides and Bacopa monnieri extract at 0.4mg/ml

The oxidation of 2, 7 dichlorodihydrofluorescein (DCFH) originates 2 7 dichlorofluroescein (DCF), a
flurorescent compound initially thought to be a useful indicator for H2O2.DCFH is oxidized by other
ROS such as HOº and ROOº. To investigate the antioxidant activities of bacosides and Bacopa
monnieri extracts, intracellular ROS of the cells were estimated using DCFHDA. In present study, to
examine the protective effects of bacosides and Bacopa monnieri extracts, neuro cells were post
treated with the bacosides and Bacopa monnieri extracts upon H2O2 exposed cells. Results were
observed that fluorescence intensity of the DCFH decreased in N2a cells treated with bacosides and
Bacopa monnieri extracts compared to H2O2 treated cell (Fig. ). It was observed that bacosides A that
is a mixture of four compound is less protective compared to individual bacosides. The present study
investigated that among four individual bacosides, bacoside A3 is more protective and significantly
decrease the production of ROS in N2a cells. As well as Bacopa monnieri extracts of different culture
condition was also observed to decrease the ROS production in N2a cells. MS liquid culture condition
extract is more protected compared to MS agar and field acclimatized Bacopa monnieri extracts.
