The press conference announced the MUSE project which aims to develop, enhance, and link port museums as natural and cultural heritage sites. The project will create 3 permanent cultural centers at each Port Museum featuring a library, space for cultural initiatives, and an equipped laboratory. It will also develop services and infrastructure for cultural, natural, and scientific tourism. The goals are to promote responsible tourism through community involvement and establishing an Adriatic-Ionian network of port museums.
