 Managing and Leading wide range of Medium and Enterprise level IT Projects for upgrading current
infrastructures and building new infrastructures, with requirements covering latest IP Telephony, Wireless,
Virtualization and other IT technologies of well known vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Aruba, and Juniper.
 Responsible and accountable for the management of IT Projects directed toward strategic business and other
organizational objectives.
 Plan, execute, and finalize projects within triple constraints of delivering on time, within budget and scope
objectives, including acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members in order to deliver projects
according to plan.
 Ensuring that projects’ deliverables in compliance with SDLC and Project Management methodologies.
 Following Project Management processes and procedures, established as per PMO.

Key Projects:
 Currently Managing IPoDWDM multimillion dollar Enterprise project for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) where
objective is to replace old DWDM network, for the 80 sites scattered all over Kuwait, with latest DWDM and
SDH technology DC powered equipment from Cisco. Also as part of the project is to replace current rectifiers
and batteries with Alpha Rectifiers (from Canada) and HBL Batteries, for all the sites.
 Managed a key IP Telephony project for Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC); project had
different stages of design, installation and integration of new Advanced Cisco IP Telephony features including
IP Contact UCCX, Right Fax Over IP Solution, Unified Presence, Mobility (IPhone, BlackBerry) and Meeting
Place/WebEx Scheduling.
 Managed secured Network Access Control NAC (Clear Pass by Aruba) project for KNPC; managed
Subcontractor and Vendor responsible for delivering the NAC solution for Wired, Wireless and Guest Users
along with BYOD Solution for the Mobile users in Corporate Network including Head office and the
Refineries. Applied project management principles on the project.
 Managed secured KNPC Head Office Building Security Surveillance System project for KNPC; managed
subcontractors and vendors responsible for delivery the solution including CCTV and EMC storage design.

 Lead Kuwait Regency Hotel project; involving management of various sub-contractors responsible for
implementing IPTV, access card system for the guest rooms, The project also covered IP Telephony using
AVAYA PBX systems, Cisco Network Management, Aruba Wireless system including the Wireless
management, Vivotek CCTV cameras and conference rooms audio/video systems.
 Managed project to effectively install new network using Cisco 4500 distribution switches and 3560 POE edge
switches at one of the remote locations for the Engineering department of the Ministry of Public Works,
using line of sight Cisco Wireless bridges between the remote office and head office; ensuring connectivity
and access to core applications.
 Successfully managed a major project for a Savings and Credit Bank to upgrade the network; replacing old
3COM switches with Cisco Network Switching & Routing using Cisco 6500 in the Core Network and Cisco
3560 POE at the edge network. The network would also be used for their access control and CCTV (video
streaming).
 Worked on Smart Building project for State of Audit bureau of Kuwait that comprised of three towers with
25 SDRs (Wiring Closets) including two for their car park. Cisco was the prime vendor used for the IT
solutions including; Routing/Switching; Internet and Intranet Firewalls, Wireless, IP Telephony, Voice, Web
and Video Conferencing and Network Management. The network was also used to provide access to CCTV,
Asset tracking, Digital Signage.
 Managed other Smart Building projects that had requirements to provide a total IP Based Network solution
for secure access to client applications, secure bandwidth based internet access, IP Telephony saving
tremendous costs. Smart Building provided good return in investment for the clients.

 Wide range of responsibilities include attending technical meetings, assessing new requirements and
providing solutions accordingly, as part of a contract with Kuwait Oil company.

and creating high availability designs to address needs.
