This document provides an overview of Module IVa which focuses on sinus rhythms and premature beats. The module objectives are to recognize normal sinus rhythm, the 13 most common rhythm disturbances, and how to diagnose a myocardial infarction on an ECG. It reviews ECG basics and covers various sinus rhythms like sinus bradycardia and tachycardia as well as premature beats such as premature atrial contractions and premature ventricular contractions.
