• Lack of uniform information, standardized processes, course
sections, and advisement resources
• Competing priorities
• Human nature

5. If a student changes their major, they will be
reassigned to another Coach and Mentor.
If a student’s GPA drops below 2.0, they will be
reassigned to a SOAP Advisor in Student Services.
