Online check-in
• Passengers can check-in online from 15 days up
  to 4 hours before each scheduled flight
  departure time.
• Passengers must have a valid Passport or
  EU/EEA National Identity card.
• Once Checked in passengers can reprint
  boarding card up to 2 hours before departure.
• Passengers must present printed boarding card
  at bag drop (If applicable), security and boarding
  gate.
Airport check-in
• Bag drop /Visa check desks open at least 2 hours before
  scheduled departure and close strictly 40 minutes
  before.

• Passengers who arrive at the airport without checking in
  online or without their Web boarding card will be subject
  to a boarding card re-issue penalty fee - ACI - per
  passenger per sector.

• Some exceptions apply – see ACI scenarios.
Staff Travel – Priority list
•  Positioning Crew with a duty travel booking made
  by Ryanair operations.
•   Duty Travel.
•   Privilege travel (White tickets/Blue tickets), with seats
  allocated in the following order:
    1. Ryanair staff by date of entry with any accompanying pax on
       the staff member’s white / blue tickets.
    2. Contract staff (Crewlink, Workforce International, Temple
       Recruitment) by date of entry.
    3. Family / friends of Ryanair staff travelling on blue / white tickets
       without the staff member by the staff member’s date of entry.
•    Pilots travelling on jump seats in uniform.
Staff Travel
• Duty Travel – No charges regardless of what is booked
  and no restrictions on changes.

• Privilege Travel – Staff can pre book 2 bags max 15kg or
  20kg – Subject to bag/excess charges at airport but no
  ACI. Tickets can be changed but some restrictions apply.

• All staff must have a reservation to travel except pilots
  on Jump seat travel.
Pilots on Jump Seat travel
• Flight deck crew can travel without a reservation
  if:
  • Travel is for work reasons.

  • They are travelling in uniform.

  • They have work ID and flying Licence.

  • No baggage accepted at check-in. One reasonably
    sized bag may be tagged and placed in the hold by
    the ramp agent .
Travel documentation
• A valid passport can be used on all flights.

• A valid EU/EEA National ID card can be used on all
  flights except to Morocco.

• A valid AT/BT card can be used on Italian domestic
  flights only.

• A Spanish Family book for children under 14 years on
  Spanish domestic flights only.

Advance passenger Information
    Ryanair are currently required to collect the
   passport or EU/EEA National ID card details of
    all passengers departing from non Schengen
     countries into Spain or the Canary/Balearic
  islands, non European flights into Germany and
     on all flights into the UK from Morocco and
                          Croatia.

  This will extend to all passengers travelling to or
  from the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Malta and
                   the Netherlands
Boarding
•   Free Seating Policy - Passengers choose their own
    seats on board(with the exception of reserved seating).

    Order of Boarding the aircraft –

•   Priority /reserved seating passengers.

•   All remaining passengers.

•   Special attention passengers.
