This document discusses the development of a mobile coaching system using modern mobile and wireless technologies. It proposes a server-based approach where sensors collect athlete data, a mobile app sends the data to a server, and experts can access a web app to analyze the data and provide feedback to the athlete in real-time. The system was prototyped for sports like cycling and rowing. While preliminary, it demonstrates the potential for mobile devices and networks to enable remote coaching and training support.
