1) To follow up the formal dress code
2) To reduce the usage of Mobile Phones in Classrooms
3) To identify and regulate the irregular students
4) To address the grievances of students
MEETING NOTES :
1. To follow up the formal dress code
a) Insisting the students to wear formal dresses only
b) Follow them to be formal
c) Motivate them to be professional
2. To reduce the usage of mobile phones in classes
a) Phones should be kept in switch off mode

2. b) Phones may be surrenderd in the Department and collect them in the evening
c) Bring classwork,Record and other notebooks regularly
d) Having the printouts of the study material
3) To identify and regulate irregular students
a) Identify the irregular students and their problems
b) Discuss about their family background, Economic status etc
c) Assist them to complete their classworks, homeworks, assignments etc
d) Allocate a leader of every two irregular students to follow up
4) To address the grievances of students
a) Knowing the grievances of the students
b) Preparing a list of them
c) Approaching the faculty concerned
d) Taking necessary steps to reduce the grievances of them
