1.Collect course plan,Time Table and e-content
a) Meet class incharge and collect course plan and Time Table
b) Approach all the staff for the courses and collect e-content
c) Share all the three with your classmates
d) Ensure that all the students have received them
2. Attendence maintenance and follow up

2. a) Approach all the faculty every week
b) Note down the attendance percentage
c) Inform the students about their lack of attendance
d) Motivate them to attend the class regularly
e) Pass the asssignments, share the notes when a student avails leave
3. Dress code
a) Inform the rules and regulations for dress code
b) Encourage your classmates to follow the dress code
4. Monitoring subjectwise performance
a) Collect pending list of assignments/Tests from all the staff
b) Motivate the students to complete & submit classwork,assignments,tests,records etc..,
c) Monitor them once in a week atleast
