The meeting minutes documented a class representatives meeting held on July 31, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the Department of Software. The meeting agenda included collecting course plans, timetables, and e-content, maintaining attendance and follow-ups, discussing the dress code, and monitoring subjective performance. Six class representatives - Ms. M. Sharmila Begum, Mr. S. Mohamed Jahid Ameer, Mr. M. Valarivan, Mr. P. Ragul, Mr. AM. Karthik, and Mr. C. Karthik - attended the meeting. Various tasks were assigned to the class representatives.

b) Approach all the staff for the courses and collect e-content.
c) Share all the three with your class Classmates.
d) Ensure that all the student have received them.
2)Attendance maintenance and follow Up
a) Approach all the faculty every week.
b) Note down the attendance percentage.
c) Inform the students about their lack of attendance.
d) Motivate them to attend the classes regularly.
e) Pass the assignment,share the notes when a student avoids leave.

b) Encourage your classmates to follow the dress code.
4)Monitoring subjective performance:
a) Collect pending list of Assignment / Test from all the staff.
b) Motivate the students to complete & submit classwork ,assignments ,tests ,records,etc..
c) Monitor them once in a week at least.
