8. Fuel Circuit To Carburettor Return Line to Tank Petrol Filter Electric Feed Pump The petrol feed pump will be supplied in loose condition. Use of feed pump will allow locating fuel tank at bottom portion of vehicle with negative head. This will ensure the continuous flow of fuel to engine as and when demanded which is essential for good performance of vehicle. This also will ensure better safety during fuel filling operation, since fuel spilt will not be on the vehicle hot or electrical parts. The spillage tray can be eliminated and better packaging is possible.

11. Special Instruction Before carrying any welding activity, ensure spark plug cable removed and remove Battery terminal cables. This will prevent burning of wiring harness and HT Coil. Do not tamper Engine Intake System including Air Filter & it’s Position. Tampering Intake system will reduce power and may yield in misfiring during vehicle retardation. In case, if the silencer position need to be modified because of packaging constraints, ensure back pressure does not exceed 450 mm of Water Column. Fill the measured quantity of luboil from the Rocker Cover Filling Cap, wait for 10 minutes to allow oil to reach bottom portion in crankcase and then measure the level. If necessary, drain the excess oil by loosening side drain plugs. Luboil level must be between lower and upper mark of Dipstick. Level to be checked when vehicle on horizontal road. Fuel Pipes to be used should be of good quality petrol hoses.
