I am writing this letter on behalf of Mike Prochaska. I was Mike's supervisor at Little Hands
Child Development Center in 2006. He worked as an assistant teacher in the preschool and pre-
kindergarten classrooms. It would be my pleasure to recommend Mike as an employee with your
company.
The children were always Mike's top priority. From his first day, he was full of energy and
enthusiasm with them. They would love it when “Mr. Mike” would come to their classroom or join
them on the playground. He was never one to stand idol chatting with other teachers. He was a very
active teacher, playing with the children outside or on the floor taking part in their activities.
Mike was a valued member of the Preschool/ Prek team. He was always a team player open to
helping anyone that needed it in the center. Mike gave 100% and was open and reflective in his work.
Mike was a positive male role model. The children loved being around him and the teachers enjoyed
